Description: Feldspars Aventurines Group. Alumina silicate with inclusions of hematite or goethite which gives it its metallic and iridescent appearance, very shiny. Sodium and calcium aluminosilicate, Na (AlSi3O8) Ca (Al2Si2O8).
Translucent orange red or opaque reddish-brown, orange, brown, red with glittering hematite and goethite flakes, almost always opaque and with a metallic and iridescent appearance due to hematite inclusions.
